Please turn back and look at the statement that you disaggre on his post. There is even a smiley put there. No need to call anyone "stupid, cocky or selfish" for that post, IMO.
My point is, if you don't know someone at all, you can easily misjudge his/her attitudes and comments. I think, that's what you did there.
