Not to excuse the techs actions, but keep in mind that working non-stop with customers all day about completely ridiculous problems like "what is a domain?" can get frustrating - plus, his responses could be short because he's in chat with other customers right then as well.
@Website - how is that false advertising? They aren't limiting your monthly bandwidth, they are just balancing their server so people don't crash it. If they didn't have limits like that then you wouldn't have been in chat complaining about down/up speed, you would have been their complaining about the entire server being down because someone was uploading/download too fast and too much and knocked the server offline.
