I am having serious problems with people from all over the country being unable to access my website:
http://www.willametteweb.us. They can neighter access through Explorer or Netscape; and, probably the same with Opera too.
Bu, I will be darn if I know which DOCTYPE to use. I can read about until I am throughly exhausted and still none of the DOCTYPES seem to work. What is it?
