Sure, other sites there are more elaborate and they even have pictures. But the thing is that nobody ever visits them.

That might be true and a good piece of advice, but you certainly did not prove it.
I have to take everything with a grain of salt. I'm sure you can probably host 20000 sites.

The fact is that there are only 16 sites hosted on 209.5.56.2 which is owned by Internet Connect Niagara.
