Some more information:
Over the past 7+ days, WebSitePros haven't been able to fix their email servers leaving hundreds of their customers without email.
I called WebSitePros tech support and the response was "Our admins are aware of the issue and are working on it."
I guess their SLAs don't apply to email.
Conclusion:
Stay away from WebSitePros Web Hosting.
