ok, now that there has been some discussion.
Some people say a link is a link is a link. Some will say never link here, never get a link from there. I have not done any extensive personal tests to see if there are indeed "good" or "bad" links. I have also not seen a definitive thread or article on the subject. That being one where someone actually legitimatly tested the theory.
My theory is that even if no SE really look at good or bad links or good or bad neighborhoods (which I do think is mainly the case RIGHT NOW), that good SE will eventually work something to this effect into their algo, eventually.
That being said. There are a lot of homepage to homepage links worth taking. Do some research. You can figure it out. And, a PR of 0 means little to me one way or another. There are good PR 0 sites and there are bad ones. There are good PR 4 sites, and there are bad ones.
