I am not aware of any DHTML dropdown menu script NOT being triggered by JavaScript. DTHML is the layout and JavaScript is the code that runs the menu. Which causes an issue with SE's spidering those links.

You could always use Server Side Includes for seperating the menu code. But it doesn't solve your JavaScript issue.
