Hi,
I work with Rackspace and have had nothing but good to say about them. The servers are up to date and being upgraded all the time, the connection is super and we have zero down time except for some small interuptions should there be an upgrade that requires a reboot or changing a piece of the hardware.
You get 24 7 telephone support with a real live person who will either walk you through the problem or fix it for you while you are on the phone and even tell you how to fix it yourself. I have tried several other companies and found this one to be my personal favorite.
What is even better is they offer you a deal that if you sign up someone else to take a dedicated server, you, the referring person gets $500 credit and the person you refer gets a $500.00 credit on any contract over 6 months.
