I have websites in spanish, does the submit lenguage should be in english or spanish.

I know it sounds dumb but it would be like anchor text useless if I submit in english and my site is in spanish and If I submit in spanish and the directory is in english nobody will visit my site.

Can somebody give me a hint here...
