Just a heads up, there is already a tool on the market that does all of the things you mentioned, you can get it for as low as $57 it's updated almost daily, has a huge following and hundreds of sites and forums dedicated to it. So, it might be a tough market to crack, unless you sell your's dirt cheap, like in the $20 range, at least until it becomes well known. JMO
