Ya pretty much what tutor said, try to root the issue out as a the h tags are definitely getting overwritten by an inherited style that overwrites.

This said, if it becomes too unruly you could take the messy "emergency" way out with the !important instruction to the style:


h1 {
color: #004080 !important;
font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
font-style: none;
font-size: 12px;
line-height: 18px;
}


This tells the CSS renderer that this style cannot be overwritten past that point, forcing the style no matter what.
