I have had a quick look at your website and I guess it is written for an english audience, yes?
If you understand a little about the new Penguin update that Google have introduced, you may notice some things that need to be addressed within your site.
1, I am not sure who writes the articles for your site but as it is for an english audience, you may find that the grammar within all of them needs to be corrected as they do not read correctly, punctuation etc is all out of whack (technical term
)
2, 17 occurences of the phrase "bank jobs" on the front page. Ok a lot of them are links pointing to other articles and some are in the category list, though I may consider just dropping it down a touch and saying the same thing in a different way (using different key phrases).
Site Work:
Build some proper incoming links to your site eg:
Write some informative articles and get them listed within some decent article directories, if good enough they will get syndicated.
Get yourself a Press Release (done properly) as this should also give you some strong links, be it Google News etc.
You have a key phrased domain name and now the thing to do is build on it and add some strength to this. Ok, there are few more other factors in play also, but do this and you should start seeing some improvements.
