Kinda makes me think of the days in college when those of us driving the well worn track from Dallas / Ft Worth area to Texas Tech (5 hours +/-) had an arms race going with cops. They get radar, we get radar detectors, they start pulling over people with radar detectors, we get CBs, they start chasing whip antennas... etc.
I figure if we start putting chips in combat troops, someone's gonna create an anti-personnel device that targets people wearing chips, or a mine that detonates in the presence of a chip, or a tracking device that globally positions every man on the field for elimination.
I know nothing about the technology involved... just know the nature of warfare is that whatever one side does, the other seeks to use to advantage. Just my
