See, Google is constantly updating PR
. Every single page and link it crawls changes its view of the web, but they only release the PR
updates publicly about once every three months. This last update came around May 1, but it changed the visible - or ToolBar - PR
for week-old posts on old domains, as well as domains that were new two months ago.
