Funny thing that, when you think about it, the American government loves to use "wording" in their propaganda process, like the use of the words "terrorists", "Insurgents" and such (just the same way as the good old USSR was doing btw).
Those words usually stand for something else and you need to translate them to get to their true meaning, like their use of the word "WMD's"
The search for WMD's remember? "We will find the WMD's",
Now "WMD's" turned out to be another word for "phantom".
The USA has started a war searching for "phantoms" and has "rationalised" this war towards their people giving it a very scary name, you must admit, "WMD's" sounds a lot more scary than "phantoms" but still they are both one and the same.
Weird eh, what you can do with words, as I said, the US government is a master in using words.
