Well,

first they will need a capture card if they have a non digital vc. If they have firewire or USB attached they are ready to go.

Plug it in, run the free Windows Media Encoder, http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...r/default.aspx (Watch the firewall) (remember the ip and the port it shows you), if your ip changes all the time, just get a free DynDNS.org account.

embed a standard windows media player script to a webpage and add the mms://youripnumber:portnumber into it. your broadcasting.

There is a 5 second delay by default on your end, you can change it.Your ISP probably has a 5 sec delay too (default).

basically the same thing with the cami progs, most just tap into the wme or real producer.
