I've been with them for a very short while and they seem to be fine. I haven't had to use support yet (a good thing I guess) so I can't speak about that. Uptime is good and the speed is ok.

I like that reseller accounts come with shared ssl and the whm autopilot program.

To my knowledge Hostdetective.net isn't affiliated with any particular host, and though they do accept advertising they are not biased.
