If you're looking for something nice being said about Superloser.net, then stop reading.
Back in July, I lost my job and thus was unable to pay for my hosting. I was sent emails telling me that my account had been suspended. I replied to these emails telling them to cancel my account, as I would no longer be able to pay for it. I received no responses. Fast forward to now. I have been billed for August, Spetember, October, November and will probably be billed for December unless I take drastic measures and put a block on my checking account (which costs even more money). I have emailed them over 25 times and called well over a dozen times. This is very unprofessional, and has me very angry. This company SUCKS and should be wiped off the face if the earth. I have done everything within my power to contact them to cancel my account with them, and they keep right on billing me for a service I no longer use or want.
I see why they can charge such a low price for their hosting - everything else sucks.
