Unfortunately, it's not through a CC comapny, but through my checking account. I have two sites hosted through them, and want to keep one of them. I just want to cancel the one. If this keeps up, I'll move the one I want to keep and block them from billing my account. Luckily, I own the domain I want to move.
Like I said, I have done everything they ask when a customer wants to cancel an account. Sent emails with all of the correct information, called, etc. What more can I do?
