Now, I was putting some big sites on their servers... big sites need things that yours might not. Here are things they angered me about :
1) Support- they suspended my account without telling me why. Their live support couldn't help me. I had to do everything via e-mail and it was slow... it took me two days to find out why I was suspended. Their live support people can tell you how to click cpanel icons. I think it's horrible false advertising for them.
2) Resources - they put 800 sites on a server, and if you use more than your fair share, they kick you off. It's impossible to pull 100GB a month of bandwidth and not use up more server resources than you should. Why they offer a plan like that I have no idea.
So, like most hosts, they can handle happy little brochure sites just fine, but if you have a real website, they're downright painful to deal with. That was a $50 lesson for me. Hope you have better luck.

you right dude! they banned my php script for no reason, they banned me from the support forum for no reason. My complain to BBB didnt get much results. However, I had a talk with Brian who runs Hostgator, and he fixed all problems, exept my banned script. Well after my phone conversation to Brian, thangs have changed. Dude you can go back to Hostgator. Support is awesome. In spite of numerous sites on 1 server...
