Ive just started using Dreamweaver 8 by teaching myself.

Somethingthat is confusing me is to do with ensuring what I have on my design eg font colours, styles etc will show on another computer. Is there some kind of vaildation I can do to ensure this?

Lastly this one is bugging me, my graphics card isnt great, so the only resolution I can have (cant remember the number now) show wed pages zoomed fairly close in. I was designing a site and it looked spot on, when I uploaded it to the net. But soon as I looked at the website with another computer with a standard graphics resolution, the site didnt fit to one screen and was a bit skewiff. Is there away to componsate for my graphics card? Is it something to do with setting margins, if so im not sure what the width and height would be.
