Alright I'm bored so I'm writing a whole article on what Google did special:

First of all, everybody acknowledges it as a Search Engine, right? Well Yahoo! and MSN are also search engines also...What's the differences?

First of all Yahoo! and MSN are trying to brand all their other services as well on their main page of the Search Engine...Yahoo! has so many links that the design is just annoying. Same thing with MSN, people only want the Search Engine Box. Look at Google's main page, they have it so simple and search results will come quickly, in less than a few seconds!

Google has a better Search Engine indexing algorithm method than MSN and Yahoo! It's hard to do cheap Search Engine Methods on Google, rather than MSN or Yahoo!

Also Google concentrates most of it's workers on their Search Engine programs. Also Google offers lots of software revolving around making their Search Engine integrated with people's desktops (Like Google Toolbars and Desktop) and they make good useful software like Google Earth.

Finally, Google has stricter PPC Ads on the right (meaning they will actually go through your ad and make sure that it is of good quality before they let you put it in Sponsored Search Results..unlike Yahoo! or MSN...)
