SInce the last "Major" update by google I fell off the planet. went from 12 to 200's , I was moving up slowly now I am back down to 218.

I have only 1 way links I add content at least once a week if not more. I blog I article write.

Now I am wondering if there is some sort of penalty on my site. ( I dont beleive i said that)

Is there an email to send somewhere to find out if I was penalized and any suggestions for my site
