Why?
Quite a few of the "blog poster required" requests I've seen are from folks who're monetizing their blog - looking for ways to keep the traffic & search engine interest, without having to spend too much time. A few have been reciprocal arrangements (building a network)

What about you guys? does it get easier or harder?
I've been blogging for over 4 months now, try to do at least one a day. Somedays it's too many things to do, some days I don't get ideas - so found a couple of ways to keep it up.

1). As Juggopop says, force yourself to post. It's like brushing your teeth or having a meal; something you MUST do.

2) Look at other blogs on your topic; use a reader, or set up a bloglines account. You can find something interesting, and it gives you good karma since you're linking back.

3) While surfing the net, if you come across anything interesting, bookmark it. Some days I find a lot, some days none; the days there are none, I go back to the bookmarks.

4) Think of a topic that you'd like to write about; that gives you an opportunity to put up quite a few posts forming a theme.
