IMO,
For a developed site the extension only matters if you expect people to type in your domain name from memory. Otherwise the ways people will navigate to your domain will most likely be search, bookmarks, links, etc..
Since you are not likely to get a name with type in potential ( which would have to be a dotCom in that case ), go for an all the extensions you need to convey your message and protect your brand.
So in this case dotBiz sounds off topic, dotInfo is most descriptive and dotUs is well, the dotUs is easy to say.
All that being said if I was forced to pick one I would choose dotIinfo that is descriptive and short and I would recommend you consider a dotCom instead, even if you have to spend a few hundred.
