You appear to have some spyware on your computer. First, you should download and install AdAware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Update the program after it is installed so you have the latest definitions. Then, you should boot into SAFE MODE and then please run hijackthis again and remove the following entries...

Before restarting, run AdAware in SAFE MODE and do a full scan. When it is finished, remove anything it finds.
Then boot back into normal mode and run AdAware again. Same options, full scan and remove anything it finds. Then, run hijackthis again and post the new logfile here.
