I like to keep things really really simple so the only plugins I use are the following (which I didn't see on your list)
Shortstat
Basically the common stats you want such as uniques and refferrers etc - Great of you want to check stats and only spend a minute or two
No Ping Wait
Speeds up the pinging process dramatically
Do Follow
I hate that nofollow is default on most blogs. I think its laziness and is the product of stingy webmasters that don't understand SEO..So instead turn on moderation and turn off no follow
Contact Form - Just allows you to add a contact us form on any page - More of a convenience thing
