Banks (like everyone it seems) will always try to screw you. If you agree to transfer rates before you sign the dotted line, you can get some pretty good ones. There is so much competition banks are tripping over each other to do away with those acceptance and processing charges....Of course only to super screw the poor bastard that never asked about pricing.

Paypal is definately preffered if a. they transfer to that country and b. it isn't a whole lot of money (completely subjective of course)
