there's seperate registration for each country, and my country (UK) has about 50 different industry sectors to register in, so even if you pay for every sector in every registerable country, there's still gonna be some1 in a different country who's breaking no laws by using ur trademark. unless ur seriously making the big time, they're a waste of time!
a good indicator as to when you should consider registering trademarks is when you have a regular expert lawyer to sort it all out for you
