I don't usually reorganize things after creating them, but if I understand you, this is easily done with Wordpress. Let's say I hvae an article in the dating category, but I want to move it to the marriage category. Or put it in both categories. Either way, we're talking about a very very simple process. I would say that moving content around is well-handled using Wordpress. I mean if you checkout my date culture site, it's no blog but Wordpress takes care of everything.
