Next, if you have never had a reseller account and are unfamiliar with them, don't just go out get an account and open for business. Get a small reseller package to start, get to know how to use the features, control panel and practice all the basics till, your comfortable. Research billing systems, support desks and find the one that best fits your needs. You might find that you don't want to do this after all. At least you investment was small and you did not take on any clients and have to disappoint them in the process.
