You wanna be charging over $45 per hour ideally. Fair enough it's your first site but it sounds like you know what you're doing. For scripting and stuff, that's gotta be at least $50 an hour I think, otherwise you're ripping yourself off.

Don't charge by the hour though, simply guesstimate the amount of hours it'll take you, if you think 15 hours work, give yourself a safety net of a few hours when you come to price it up.
