I didn't have instructions either, just the help files. Again, what I did was employ a trial and error method, going back and forth between the Adobe help files and the animation program (ImageReady) until I achieved my goal.
In ImageReady click on
Help/ImageReady Help/Index/A/(scroll down to)animations and read the help files under animations. Be persistent. If you get stuck in the help files, go to IR and experiment, fool around, try different things. When you get stuck in the program, go right back to the help files and read again. Keep doing this, back and forth back and forth until you are successful. Persistence is the key.
