Well, I have found that my click through rates are 'a lot' higher. In addition, while it may get in front of the content somewhat...this type of niche does not really require a real liquid format and the readers are used to having ads pushed in their face....to an extent.

On my more 'serious' blogs I don't think I would put the ads in line like I did with the /div blocks on this blog. But, as mentioned, the click through definately went up from having them simply in the side bar.
