I use Firefox. I've tried Opera, and if I had tried it before Firefox I might be using that. But once I get comfortable with something I tend to stick with it.

But as far as what's the best, it really depends on what you're doing. If you like custimizing your stuff than Firefox or Opera is the way to go. You can have it do whatever you want.

If you're not as technically inclined or just don't care, I'd suggest IE (unless you know what you want and someone who can fix up FF/O for you). IE has better default settings. It's really not even close. I'm not sure about Opera, but I don't know a single person who runs Firefox without at least one extension or a different theme.
