I remember the last one. The hypoteneuse is not straight. If you calculate the angles in the red and green triangles, you'll see that they are not congruent. The upper triangle has a concave curve and the lower one has a convex curve - the convex "uses up the space" of the so-called missing square.
The first two are just optical illusions.
