Be careful. All of these third-party tools are vulnerable to over-reporting of transactions. For instance, if a user submits a form and gets the results page, that counts as a transaction. If he or she then goes to a different page, and then returns to the results page, a second transaction may well be recorded.

It is easy to deduplicate the transactions, if a simple transaction list is given. Last I checked, however, Google Analytics did not provide sure a list.
