"Sandbox" isn't an entirely quantifible entity - IMO 90% of "sandbox" cases are where SEOs have over optimised their sites and aren't ranking where they *think* they should.

400 pages isn't a lot in the grand scheme of things so it's unlikley you have been in any way penalised (or otherwise) for this - many sites grow at a much greater rate from launch and do just fine.

Back to specifics:

- 301 redirect the non www version of your domain to the www version - both appear to be indexed and could be competing with each other (ie, one may be considered as duplicate content).

- Your main problem is that you have duplicated a load of pages, simply replacing the language / keyword in the text. Search engines can spot this. These pages are most likely largely ignored.
