If there are no good free ones, I would like to get the paid ones, (very little pay)

Preferably visual (code as you go type)
Basically you can see the page and edit it as well.

Thanks
A lot of people prefer these main ones:
  • Dreamweaver
  • FrontPage
  • TextPad
  • EditPlus 2
  • NVU
Quite frankly, if you know what your doing and know your HTML front and back, then I would suggest Dreamweaver or EditPlus 2. I use EditPlus 2, and it's the best thing I've came across. I love the simplicity within the program and it allows Remote Server File edits, plus color code coordination; what more could you want?

That's my 2 cents .
