I am tempted to go with these;

Online virus scan:

Spyware scan & remove:

Then I would reccomend purchasing a copy of Mcafee AV (Latest edition of course) as my AV software is something I don't mess with and there is a reason why some are paid for and some are free.

If you don't want to pay for one, then of course the next best options are the free ones
