Lightbulb Windows Live OneCare - Good or Bad?

Okay, so I just downloaded this Windows Live OneCare program from Microsoft free for 90 days.

First thing I notice when I install it is, it's pretty nice looking and it ties into my current system.

But what I also notice is that it takes a lot of system resources on startup and then some of your other startup programs don't even show in your taskbar.. (Don't you hate when it does that.. errrr I wish there was someway to solve it)

But other than the startup routine, the program itself works good. It has a built in Tune-Up software where it deletes unnecessary files, defrags your hard drive, checks for virus', checks for spyware(Windows Defender), and then checks for updates with Microsoft Update.

-------

What are your thoughts about this program. Have any of you tried it? Do you like it? What are some of the problems you've encountered?
