Modifying DreamWeaver?

I have a trial of DW MX 2004

There are two ways in which I would like to change it in order for me to start using it regularly.

Are these at all possible?

[1] Make it use CSS-P and CSS display: table; instead of <table>s for layout.

[2] Make XSL Templates just like you can make DW-templates, or at least convert between the two.
