I used to be a strong opponent to anything like a MFA site. I realize now that there is some benefit to search arbitrage and MFA sites, if simply for the fact they are delivering serious customers.

Consider it a double opt-in filter for web advertising. If the customer clicked on an ad then on an ad on an MFA site to get to your site, you know they are serious and very interested in your subject.

As for serp sites that are MFA, if they are on topic and delivering relevant keywords, they again are delivering highly interested visitors, potentially.

There are some holes in my thinking, I am acutely aware of them, so consider this a general sentiment more than anything else. As I user I don't appreciate the experience, but that does not mean it is necessarily bad for advertisers.
