I think paid posts aren't so bad, as long as the blogger was going to write about the site in question anyway, or at least as long as they're allowed to write what they want (including bad reviews!).
If posts become too much like adverts, blogs are useless. They're supposed to be personal, full of opinions and individual thoughts.
