I think it's a good idea if you aren't telling the blogger to lie about goods or services. If you're telling them to say, for example, I used this product and it was miraculous that's not exactly ethical, but advertising like that is on or TV every day. I think that blogs that are all ads are a pain, but I've read some really good content on blogs that had a few ads included, so it's not a terrible concept and it keeps the bloggers writing.
