You need to ask your hosting company what the primary and secondary DNS servers are. When you signed up for the hosting account they probably sent you an email with the information. Once you have the primary and secondary DNS servers, then you need to access your account where you purchased your domain and modify the DNS so that your domain name is pointing to your hosting account.
