But my problem is, the site I want to be put it on says this:

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 125 by 125 pixels or 20.0 KB (whichever is smaller). ''

I would really apperciate it if someone can do that for me, sorry for barging in here like this and requesting this. You guys are awesome.
