I haven't looked but it is probably not your meta-tags, dedicated servers is a beast and it will take a load of hard work to get 1st page , page 6 is actually pretty good going, you will need pure text links saying dedicated servers poiting at your site, I mean thousands and they will need to be from quality high
PR sites as well.
