Thanks - good info. My strategy is to target hundreds of search terms spread around my site - there's no way my home page or any single page could do the job. In fact I very rarely get anyone landing on my home page through a search result.

I can find myself on Inktomi if I do exact searches for unique phrases so I have been indexed, but I can't believe how poorly the site performs for decent keywords. I've got more #1 spots at Google than I can count but at Inktomi I'm not even in the game.

Oh well... work, wait and hope.
