Amelia, if you've talked with them "at great lengths" and you feel totally comfortable with all they have to offer...do what further research you can via other public forums (
http://www.webhostingtalk.com is a good place to start) and if they still turn out in a positive way....go for it! If you're not quite ready to take that final plunge with them, get a server for a month or two and test the waters....call on them for support, check out the network, ask questions and check out the response time and responses. If you've put them through the test and they still work well for you, well then I'd say you've got yourself a pretty good relationship going on.
